"The wilderness lodge is a little slice of heaven amongst the chaos of Disney World. It's a great retreat from a long day at the park that offers more privacy than other deluxe resorts. There are plenty of dining options that offer walk-up availability, the rooms are spacious and clean, and the grounds are immaculate. Would absolutely recommend. "

"The morning we left, while sitting in the room enjoying coffee, I hear a clicking sound and look over to where the coffee maker was plugged in…to see black SMOKE coming from the outlet. I unplugged it, and then a FLAME shot out of the outlet. I went down to inform the front desk and I was BRUSHED ASIDE like no big deal! I beg to differ! That could have been a DISASTROUS situation if I had been sitting outside on the balcony and didn’t unplug the coffee maker!!!! The TV also was not working...

"I couldn't recommend the Polynesian Resort more. We have wanted to stay here for YEARS, and finally made it happen for a quick weekend trip. This resort is so inviting. The dining options, transportation, rooms, and lobby make it one of the absolute best I've stayed with!"
