"Hotel was absolutely spectacular, one of the nicest Disney hotels that we have stayed in, we were able to see to fireworks from the hotel, which was a huge highlight of our visit."

"Bay Lake Tower was excellent. Staff was the best by a mile. Balcony view was perfect- fireworks view and lake view. The room was outfit with all the little things that made the stay seamless. Housekeeping was top notch.
Only recommendation would be for more washing machines in the common laundry. It was like the hunger games to get a load of laundry in."
