"The morning we left, while sitting in the room enjoying coffee, I hear a clicking sound and look over to where the coffee maker was plugged in…to see black SMOKE coming from the outlet. I unplugged it, and then a FLAME shot out of the outlet. I went down to inform the front desk and I was BRUSHED ASIDE like no big deal! I beg to differ! That could have been a DISASTROUS situation if I had been sitting outside on the balcony and didn’t unplug the coffee maker!!!! The TV also was not working...

"We found a surprise washing machine/dryer combo in our suite which was awesome. Loved the Illy cafe machine in the lobby. Kind of weird having elevators only at the end of long hallways. The fragrance they pump into the hotel is not that great. The remodel was pretty good, but in the shower there is almost nowhere to put toiletries and the little tubes they give you are always falling. Got room service from K Bistro and do NOT recommend it. The portions were super tiny and overpriced. "

"Room was $240 for the night through Expedia. I paid an extra $55USD for extra early check-in. The guy was helpful and polite but neglected to give us a wifi code. After check-in everything was downhill. Room door was seized. Clearly broken. You could see light around the room door coming from the outside. I took a picture because it was laughably bad.
