The room was absolutely perfect and the Breakfast potato’s were awesome! Not to mention it couldn’t be closer to universal and islands of adventure! Will definitely be back!"

"We had a great stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean, and the staff were courteous. Guests receive free shuttle services to Universal Studios and the Epic Universe which is conveniently. The free breakfast selection was amazing as well. Overall a great experience. "

"There was one specific front desk person who was amazing, he always greeted us with a smile even when we had to reset our keys like 1,000 times. He made our stay worth it. If you have an electric mobility scooter their shuttle to universal will not be able to accommodate it. Luckily with them being so close to the park it was okay to just drive the scooter itself to the parks. Just know you will have to figure something else out for transporting it to and from the parks :) They have one...

"The property was frankly incredible and quaint, the pictures are accurate and the property is only a 6 minute walk from Universal Studios. The staff were helpful and understanding to any issues which came up, perfectly explaining any directions or amenity access right on the spot. Lastly, the rooms were clean and rather welcoming; the place is honest and affordable, wonderful for theme park trips or Orlando visits!"

"Stayed at the Loews Sapphire Falls Resort and overall had a pretty good experience. The hotel itself is very large, spacious, and has a nice resort-style atmosphere. The grounds and common areas feel open and relaxing, especially if you’re spending time around the pool or walking through the property. The rooms were comfortable, but they definitely feel a bit outdated, especially with the carpet flooring. A room refresh in the future would make a big difference. The restaurants and food on site...

"Hotel is beautiful but the rooms need a little update and maintenance. It’s centrally located so transport to Universal City Walk Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure just a boat ride away. Quick ride to Epic as well, so super convenient. Overall I was pleased with our stay. With a little updating of the bathrooms and maybe adding a few amenities like free bottled water for the Kerig and/or a water filling station in the ice machine room, this would be a perfect 5 stars. "
