"The lobby/elevator were both clean and smelled very fresh but the room and bathroom smelled very damp. It was a last minute booking for me and I only stayed 1 night so it was fine but I would not stay for more than that or book again. The hotel isn’t terrible but the nice pictures they post online were very deceiving. "

"Nos quedamos por dos noches en marzo 2026. Nos gustó este hotel por su ubicación. Queda muy cerca de Universal Studios. Las camas y las almohadas son muy cómodas y las habitaciones son limpias y amplias. El personal del hotel es muy bueno, siempre dispuestos a ayudar. El desayuno muy rico y muy fresco y con mucha variedad. Siempre hay café, té y agua fresca. Son muy serviciales y amables en general. No se escucha ruidos en las habitaciones y dormimos muy a gusto. "

"Check in was quick and easy, lots of places to get food and drinks, water taxi for the parks."

"Suite size was good, but we had issues with the water service while we were at the parks and stayed away until we got confirmation it was resolved. Also had toilet clogging issues that were eventually resolved but again had to stay away longer due to this. The WiFi didn’t always work which was an inconvenience as well. We didn’t end up using the shuttle service since we get discounted parking at Universal for being pass members. The pools were not clean and were very small which was a...

"Comfortable room, great customer service, great location across the road from Cabana Bay and Aventura hotel. Beautiful grounds and gardens. Walking access to Royal Pacific, Hard Rock and City Walk. Great pool area with fire pits when temperatures were low. Excellent pool staff and bar service. "

"Does not offer morning free coffee/tea. Pool is nice, food just ok. "

"Staff were mean and rude, we tried using the dining table at the lobby. They told us to leave just because we are carrying food from somewhere even though we bought coffee and fruits from the dining area. I paid almost $600 for my 2 days stay and I’m not allowed to use dining tables to eat? They did not even provide microwave inside the room the reason why we are in the lobby to find a place to warm our food and eat"
