"Everybody was extremely nice & helpful, the hotel its self was very clean, the food was amazing. If your room is not ready they have a section where they hold onto your luggage for you until your room is available for you as well. The transportation to the parks was also great as well. The only thing that bothered me was how hot the pool water was. It was like taking a bath. Other than that I have no complaints at all."

"the front desk receptionist Damion was professional and very helpful. He went the extra mile to assist us to get a meal from the dining room which was about to be closed. The hotel was clean and well laid out. The buffet breakfast was well worth the value."
