The shuttle bus to Universal parks was really handy and always on time with plenty of room

"The hotel itself was great. Maria and Miguel at the front desk were very very helpful and so nice. Upon my departure my luggage broke and had to run and get a replacement. It was almost time for me to check out and I called the front desk (Maria) and she kindly allowed me to stay a little bit longer to transfer my items to my new bag. She was amazing. The rooftop bar was incredible , the atmosphere, food , drinks and hookah were great. The only down side I would say is parking on the weekend is...

"Great stay overall. The staff was very friendly, attentive, and provided excellent customer service. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The beds were comfortable, everything worked well, and the bathroom was spotless.
Breakfast was excellent with a great variety of hot food, fruit, yogurt, waffles, pastries, coffee, and more. Free parking and an amazing location — only about 3 minutes from Universal.
The only small concern was finding a Johnson & Johnson powder sticker near...
