"The hotel was not worth the money. You’re paying for the fast pass for Universal. The TV was ancient (in their defense they did send a flyer saying they were upgrading TVs within the next week or two, which doesn’t affect my stay). "Had an amazing stay at Hilton Garden Inn Orlando International Drive North! From the moment we arrived, the staff was welcoming, professional, and always willing to help. The hotel was very clean, modern, and comfortable, and the rooms were spacious with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. "Body wash was empty in the shower and there was a stain on the curtain window curtain along with a snapped chain to move it up and down."

"Be careful about parking. Rate changes depending on your stay so don’t believe the posted rate! We expected $25 a night and ended up paying $34 a night. Staff was subpar. Only one person greeted us when coming/going; everyone else avoided eye contact. & don’t bother asking the breakfast crew for anything unless you want to feel like you’re a bother. Other than that, the hotel room was comfy and location to shopping and attractions were superb! "

"Rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful, I loved the roof top bar, the food was really good and the views were amazing. I love that it was a 5 min walk to Volcano Bay. Their pool was nice, I loved that they had a Starbucks and a food court, and a section where they make pizza from scratch. I would stay here again."

"The bar staff and morning front desk were extremely pleasant!! So glad I stayed here for my first trip to Orlando."

"We checked in late and soon after getting in our room, we realize that the toilet was not flushing properly. My mom went downstairs to let the front desk know and was handed a plunger my 68-year-old mother was handed a plunger. No accommodations to move us to a different room or apologies made. We’ll never stay here again."
