"Stayed at the Loews Sapphire Falls Resort and overall had a pretty good experience. The hotel itself is very large, spacious, and has a nice resort-style atmosphere. The grounds and common areas feel open and relaxing, especially if you’re spending time around the pool or walking through the property. The rooms were comfortable, but they definitely feel a bit outdated, especially with the carpet flooring. A room refresh in the future would make a big difference. "The staff was very friendly during check the check in process however I never received a welcome cookie like I previously saw other reviewers mentioned. Also there was no microwave in the room so I could not reheat any leftovers. There was also a $150 incidental fee charged that I was unaware would be charged during check in. The room was very clean but the bathroom needs to be renovated as the sink wood bottom was cracked and peeled off."
