"Overall, the hotel was nice. There was a lot of construction in the parking deck, very poor lighting, there was a homeless person sleeping on one of the levels, it did not feel safe. This forced me to use valet parking, which was nice but an unexpected expense. The room was fine, the bed was very comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was excellent. There were some areas in the bathroom, however that need some maintenance, drywall and baseboard repair. The doors in the suite were also...

"The Delta in Columbia needs a renovation. Walls are damaged, bathrooms are old, it’s just old and dingy. No breakfast area. They lease out the restaurant that is on the property and it changes hands regularly. It’s just not Marriott quality"

"Mr David at front desk was very kind and helpful. Sink was full of water and not draining when we checked in and he came up to clear it. Bathroom and room looked like it had been quite a while since fully cleaned. Maybe just a wet rag over surfaces. Mold in shower and sink, debris on carpet and huge red stains on sofa (blood?). Food and hair in one of the beds. Very surprising for a Home2Suites"

"I had a great experience, the only thing I would say that affected my review from being a 5 star to 3 star is how safe I felt in the area. The location of this hotel made me feel unsafe. One of the nights there was a man screaming in the middle of the night, for an hour outside of my room. It sounded as if he was a guest and had left his room from an argument with his significant other. But it went on for an hour almost and because of this as well as the bathroom not being as clean as I hoped it...
