"20.years over due for a remodel, staff was unfriendly."

"The only issue was when we arrived. It was just a little after 3 o’clock, and our room was not ready, which was OK, but it was at least an hour later before we were finally able to get in our room due to it not being inspected after they cleaned it for at least 30 minutes or so, but other than that, the room was awesome and the stay in general was awesome"

"Staff was very helpful and friendly"

"Tabitha and Tammy at the front desk are wonderful! The breakfast was great! We always stay here on our trips to the Gulf Coast!"

"Breakfast was good"

"It was easy to get to off the freeway, close enough to what we needed it to be. Overall, we would stay here again. Staff was nice. Everything was exactly how it should be."

"did not get top floor as requested. was next to one room that sounded like they were bowling most of the night. walking conferences from the elevator past my room. another room apparently had a big dog barking. room above mine apparently had a marching band practice again"

"Room had stains on the carpet, a broken front panel to the dresser and the bathroom looked like there was either blood stains on the shower wall running down into the tub."
