"Staff was not very helpful. They just pushed you on to the next person who “might” be coming in later but then they didn’t. Most of the time there wasn’t even anyone at the desk. Phone was not connected in room and was told they were being worked on but then realized it was simply unplugged. "The floor had dirt and debris on the floor. The mirror behind the TV was dirty. Room needs some attention. We are not complainers. We were there for a surgery."

"I was not happy with our room. Our room was not well cleaned. I found a bug in the bathroom. Paper on the floor by the door, when you first walk in. There was a old room key behind the chair. You can tell that no one mopped the floor. Also our sheets was nasty. For them to put white sheets on the bed and they couldn't see the blood on it, in two spots. The casino was great."

"Ok I normally don't write reviews, but this time I can't help it. The air conditioning sucked it didn't blow out the least bit of kool air let alone cold air. The room was dirty it looked like it hadn't been mopped in a year.
