"This could be a nice quiet motel if they cleaned it up,having mouse traps and ant traps in the room along with no garbage can ,sheets for curtains and no drinking cups didn’t sit well. The bed had 2 flat pillows and had to drive out for coffee. The only nice thing was the bed was clean at least."

However, the next day we were out of our room from 10 am to 530 pm and expected the room to have been cleaned. It wasn’t. I called the front desk from the room phone twice and the person couldn’t hear me at all - which meant the phone didn’t work. "The staff was very friendly & overall the property looks nice. However, there were at least 6 bugs in our room, 2 that were in the bed. According to Google, they weren’t bed bugs, ticks, or fleas (dogs were staying in the hotel) - but nonetheless made for an uncomfortable night’s sleep. Additionally, part of the reason why we picked this hotel was the pool & jacuzzi; unfortunately, the pool was freezing cold (like “cold plunge” cold, could barely even stand with just our feet on the top step...

"The building was under renovation, so it was a bit of a mess, but it needs the renovation…the lobby is cozy and fine, but the hallways are so dark, I felt like I was in a horror movie. The sink in my room wouldn’t drain and there was body hair all over the bathroom floor, like someone manscaped and the staff didn’t sweep or mop the bathroom, which made me wonder what else they didn’t clean?
