"we had a total of 10 families with kids and we’re looking forward to the swimming pool. We called ahead to make sure the swimming pool was working and they told us it was. The pool was not in service and our kids had nothing to do after their baseball tournament. Very disappointed as we would have picked a different hotel if we would have been told the pool was still out of service three different families were told it had been fixed."

"After a long road trip, my family and I were looking forward to resting and relaxing. However, upon entering our room, we observed several issues that were concerning. One of the sofa bed cushions was damaged and in very poor condition, and the bathroom’s bottle holder was heavily stained. "This was honestly the nastiest hotel I’ve ever stayed at more like a motel. Super dirty the entire building smells like cigarette smoke actually left with basically I really sore throat like I was smoking all night which I do not smoke. The water knob pulled the tire on was really hard to get on a whole hotel was really dirty."

"Room was ok - bedside lights didn’t work, fan in bathroom didn’t work, we woke up every morning congested, the pull out bed (for our kiddo) was terrible, the room only had 2 towels.. we booked this hotel as it said it was really family and kid friendly but the rooms have sliding barn doors for the bathroom and so our two year old was constantly slamming that door open and closed (we tried to block the door but it was hard to keep him away). "Great stay overall. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable, especially the beds—soft sheets and pillows made it easy to relax. The bathrooms were clean and well-maintained, which is always a big plus. Location is excellent and convenient for getting around. Would definitely stay here again."
