"room was clean and had comfortable bed and plenty of good towels, air conditioning could not be manually controlled so a little warm in the room at times. staff were always very helpful and many smiling faces. breakfast had enough variety but why no fresh juice? (coffee machine made up for it). its a shame you have to pay extra for cold drinking water during the day, but respect it is a scarce resource in the summer good location half way between old and new town with little jetty to swim from"

"This hotel had an excellent location lakeside and within the walled area of the castle.There is a thermal swimming pool in an adjacent building which was very good. "Extremely helpful, polite and friendly staff. We arrived an hour early for check in but was able to sit out on the veranda and order drinks from the bar.
