"Nice breakfast with gluten free options. Unfortunately, the check in was terrible. Guy at the reception was unpleasant and ignorant. Despite my querries the day before our arrival, nobody from the hotel ever replied.
Let alone told us there is no transfer after 10pm and that due to restricted parking one has to walk the bags about a kilometre from the car to the hotel. Not fun when it is late. One is tired and let alone has forgotten something in the car..

"Our stay was amazing. The hotel was modern, clean and very well located in the old town. The staff were exceptional! They were incredibly friendly and really helpful in giving recommendations for activities and food places/bookings.
It really made our trip following their advice on where to go and when to do things to avoid the crowds or enjoy the views.
We would 100% recommend and may go again. "

"We loved our stay at Hotel Flaminia! It is a beautiful property in the heart of town. The lakeside restaurant and provided breakfast were excellent amenities. The room was lovely and clean! Though it mentions that there is private parking, it does cost an extra 20 euros which I do wish had been included in the original description. The staff are lovely, welcoming, and very helpful. "We checked in for two nights in the junior room, facing the lake. The colors used in the hotel is very calming. And i had birthday welcoming juice in the room for my Birthday. The staff are very helpful and nice. Room was clean and nice. Beware it has open bathroom layout.
Balcony is very small but having the view of the lake in front of your sight from the bed is worth it. Unfortunately since the cant turn the air conditioner due to the local city laws, we had to open the windows and mosquitos...
