"Even in the nicer rooms, this hotel has the so-called "open bathroom design", which is just a horrible mistake. Bathrooms need to have real doors, that close. Not flimsy sliding doors with an inch gap when closed. That is not a door.
After that, it doesn't matter much what the rest of the room is like."

"We needed to be close to Wilshire Blvd and this was the closest suite hotel that worked for three adults. Parking is very expensive. Breakfast is disappointing compared to other Embassy Suites. Our room had mold on the ceiling inside the bath/shower area and a burn hole in the couch. Location and room design were the only reasons I’d ever stay here again."

"The staff is wonderful and accommodating.
Bed was comfortable and bedding was nice and great condition.
I do prefer a bed with more of a padded topper, but it’s fine for a few nights and at least it’s not hard as a rock. I definitely can’t sleep on super firm beds.
The whole place is quite dated but they’ve done a decent job with maintenance and cleaning.
The bed, table, and chairs are in good condition and cute style.
The bathrooms can really use a remodel or at least some shower caulking...
