"Terrible. There’s honestly no other way to describe it. The entire situation was frustrating from start to finish, and it completely failed to meet expectations. Communication was poor, the execution was even worse, and overall it left a very negative impression. Definitely one of the worst experiences I’ve had in a long time."

"Me and my husband loved the pool and the decor it was a wonderful experience. The sauna was amazing too. The fireplace was a nice touch to the bedroom area. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I loved that they send a message to let you know that you can call them and ask for assistance with service or food. The only thing that I was disappointed with was the hot tub that the water was not staying in the tub it was going out as it was going in it never filled up."
