"Everything was very good. The problem is the no refunds policy in the winter. We left a day early due to weather knowing no refund. This effects when we reserve a unit and so for the rest of the winter we are going with hotels. They have a much better refund policy."

"Can’t beat the location….ever. But the furniture, cabinets, etc have seen better days. Time for some refinishing or new furniture. Felt like I walked into a condo where I rabid cat lives that scratched the sh#t out of everything. This are all individually owned apparently but the wear and tear needs to be tended to. Would be an easy fix for the price they are all charging especially during ski season. "

"The unit smelled like it wasn’t used for months. There were ants and found a dead moth under the table upon arrival. Broken tile , bent blinds and a broken chair were noted upon arrival. Management company made aware both on arrival and departure . Patio area was dusty and dirty . Because these are units rented out you don’t know which units are clean and up to date. I wouldn’t stay again . "

"This was my first time staying at Tamarack Lodge, and I can honestly say it was my personal best experience ever staying in Mammoth. The staff was superb - the hospitality and kindness made my stay. "The rooms were large, clean, quiet, beds were comfortable, with a nice kitchen area. I would have given them a full “10” rating, except we had a problem with the television.
