"When we arrived we did not get the room I booked ,the hotel said they don't honor Expedia choices of rooms.So I didn't get my river veiw that I booked. We were given a bottom floor with veiw of garage.The bathroom was old .. our refrigerator was not on so it took awhile to get cold..I used my one key cash for this disappointment.. They did tell me I should book directly with them."

"Parking was a breeze, the staff was absolutely wonderful! From checking us in early, to the pool staff, shuttle service, room service, and check out, the entire staff was constantly impressing us with their kindness and generosity. The room was clean and cool during the summer heat! The pool was very clean, as usual, and the slide is so much fun! "The duvet had blood on it and instead of a bed skirt they used a ragged white fitted sheet (classless). There were trays along the hallways with leftover food and trash not removed for at least 8 hours. Hallways were not air conditioned so you nearly passed out walking forever from the garage to your room. No hot water in the bathroom sink; to get hot water in the shower and sink, you had to turn on the tub and let it run constantly. Room coffee was horrible and there was trash behind the coffee...

"Well, I guess we’ll start with the like a large bathtub but unfortunately, I had to take the bathtub apart the drain to fix it so that we could take a bath. No Wi-Fi not even the cheap free Wi-Fi and you wanna call somebody at the front desk well after 30 minutes, you’ll get tired of listening to the recording and hang up the pool. You better be done swimming by five and not want to start before 10 so if you have small kids, not gonna enjoy it no one to help carry in your luggage after seven...
