I did not see one housekeeper the entire weekend. Our room was adequate, but there was black mold around the shower, products on the wall were half empty, a dog toy under the bed (which indicates a lack of attention to vacuuming), and most of the USB outlets did not work. I booked two rooms, one of which had a strong urine smell and...

"It was very clean and the breakfast was great. We had a room door that was sticking and very extremely hard to close. The pool was closed the whole week we were there and had not been advertised as such. Over all our stay was nice but only deserved a 3 or 4 star."

"We checked in and tried showering only to have water as cold as ice, door lock didn’t work. Called front desk his response was change rooms. We were already unpacked and he didn't seem to care, he said no one was there to fix anything. Moved rooms to take a shower in room number 2 and the bathroom bath mat was dirty, we used a towel cus the bath mat was that dirty, the shower wall had black curly hair stuck to it. Called front desk three times, no answer. Went to front desk no one there. ...
