"We booked through Expedia and paid an increased rate for a room with a couch and kitchenette. When we checked in, we actually got a worse room than the basic king room. No pullout couch, no chair, no kitchenette (only a fridge), no microwave, stove, etc. We got put in a handicap room with a small shower with a fabric shower curtain (instead of the large glass shower). "Bathroom was fairly dirty with stains on the wall and a very dirty shower curtain. Also a lot of hair on the bathroom floor. The rooms fridge had a broken leg and kept tipping forward. Was rough to deal with with a 11month old trying to stand up on it while it would tip forward. Ac controls were mostly all snapped off. Walls had a few big sections with holes and ripped off paint spots were things were moved from with no attempt to patch or paint over. "
