"At first I thought I was not going to be happy. But I was pleasantly surprised. It has been a very long time since I stayed in a place where my door was to the parking lot, but the bed was comfortable, it was quiet for the most part, except when people were talking in front of my door. It is practly all new. I would stay again."

"convenient to local business, doctors, & apparently the lake close by. the property is marginally clean. house keeping could improve, beginning with turning on air conditioning for a rented room. plenty of breakfast food, but the tiny "omlettes" were not really edible."

Complaints: A shower head that leaked all over; the desk chair is shot and unadjustable; my original room had no air conditioning for the Dallas heat and they knew it beforehand--the AC was broken and all of its knobs and buttons were missing. Having to beg a room at 10:30 pm after having booked it weeks earlier is bad form."

"The handicap accessible room had a few issues. The toilet seat came off because the bolt was missing, and the shower faucet was ready to detach, but the seal was still attached.
