"We didn't get a booking email, so didn't realise that we had to check in down the road at another motel, but got there in the end. Motel is in a good, central location. Unit was clean and tidy but did have a slight odour from someone cooking prior. Unit was a really good size. Could hear people walking around in hallway/TV from next unit occasionally. Plenty of parking onsite. Units' downstairs were numbered with painter's tape, would be nice to see proper numbers."

"This unit was clean and really tidy, the bed was lovely. The sofa needs replacing as the bottom had fallen out of it which left me no alternative but to sit on the bed or at the dining table. I believe it is unsafe. The parking was excellent and it’s very central. The motel is aging and appears to be in the process of being done up. Some of the furniture was showing its age. All easily remedied. Overall I had a satisfactory stay. "

"Stayed in the spa room and my only complaint is the stain on the bottom of the bath possibly caused by mat and no hangers in wardrobe.!The laundry was handy and only cost was $8 to wash and dry. Nice and quiet - definitely recommend."

"Very, very clean. Comfortable bed, great kitchen utensils, and very well set out cupboards which stocked all the appliances we needed. These were all immaculately clean and tidy. The bathroom was very clean and tidy. It had all the towels and cloths we needed well stocked up. The whole area was well set up. Great parking and plenty of carparks. The staff were incredibly helpful and informative. Really pleased to note that woolworths was just across the road. So no problem with fresh food or any...

"I'm going to keep this short and sweet. There were cockroaches in my bed. They were babys too which is a sign that they are breeding and there is an infestation. I personally find that to be a crazy health and safety issue but apparently this is not grounds for a refund. I am disappointed by both the hotel and Expedia."

"This was a nice clean room property was taken care of the management of the place greeted you by name. They knew you by name and they would stop and talk to you. It’s centrally located in Hamilton. Very easy to get on the expressway. Go out to Mata Mata or temple view down to the West Coast very very easy to get in and out"

"how easy it was to apply on line for accommodation and check in someone was available to greet me as i came in late then given a door key and told where my room was. Room was very clean, the shower was one step up but found the stepping out a bit shaky. I enjoyed my breakfast and i didnt need to go far available right next door . Service was right on point."
