"Clean, warm and friendly personnel "

"The menu lacked most breakfast’s other places offer like eggs, sausage, bacon, biscuits n gravy. Just had cereals and waffles. The floor of the room wasn’t vacuumed, there were nail clippings all over the floor in front of the desk."

"I found the hotel run down and old. Carpet to tile was held down by duct tape. Drawers and cabinets, especially in bathroom were a bit crusty and could have done with a good coat of paint. Shower wasn't clean looking either. Closet in bedroom had a broken "handle". TVs had NO reception at all and you could not cast to them so they may as well not have been in the rooms."

"I stayed at this hotel for a week due to my husband being air lifted from our home town to Overlake Medical Center in Bellevue. The staff here was absolutely wonderful. The rooms are very clean & nice. They don't have breakfast but you can buy vouchers for Woods Coffee next door. It's a good deal & their coffee drinks & food are delicious. I would highly recommend the Hotel 116!"

"First time staying here for 11 nights. Coffee is only available during breakfast and not throughout. Dining area is only reserved for in house food and not permitted to outside food when I to-go my food to eat there. Counter staffs were friendly. The breakfast ends 10am, but sometimes at 945am they were keeping the food already. Housekeeping changes towels but doesn’t vacuum so it looks a bit untidy with the hairs all in the bathroom. Beds were comfortable. Gym was sufficient and good space for...
