"The hotel appears to be fairly new, which was promising at first. However, when we entered our room, the floor wasn’t very clean, which was disappointing. Additionally, the staff didn’t come across as particularly friendly or welcoming. Overall, the experience didn’t quite meet expectations."

"I am disappointed that this hotel is even located in the suburbs of Lone Tree. It smells of cat urine. There are cats and dogs pretty much in every room. You can hear them and it smells of pets. There is hair everywhere from the pets. There's tons of dust in our room. Shower curtain with dirt on it, shower with hair in it. Old outdated appliances. "I stay at this location 2 times a year for tge past 5 years. I was surprised to see they have closed the restaurant. The pool was also closed and tge landscaping was looking tired. I hope all of this is temporary."

There was dirt, trash and debris in the hall and elevator. It was not cleaned while I was there. The biggest problem was with both doors in my room.
