"Every amenity was closed (pool, hot tub and restaurant) which was the only reason for staying at this hotel! When we got to the room the blinds were falling off and the there wasnt any toilet paper, the TV won't allow Netflix or any other streaming service even once connected to the internet and when the front desk was asked they said that I would need a laptop and they dont know why but the tvs have never worked!
