The breakfasts and overall service were consistently impressive, and the location—just a short two‑block walk from the downtown area filled with shops and restaurants—made exploring especially convenient. Even with the Garden Jubilee taking place and the weekend being rainy, it was still an enjoyable visit, made better by having such a comfortable and well‑situated place to stay."

"Could not use my booking due to a terrible smell in the room after turning on the heater. The odor was extremely strong — a heavy dusty, burning smell coming from the heater that made it unhealthy and impossible to stay in the room. I notified the host immediately and left the property, but the response was basically, “it’s probably just dust burning off and it will get better later because the heater is not used often.” The host also refused to provide any refund. "Great new hotel in Hendersonville, NC. Loved the comfort of the beds, location, and morning breakfast was above average!"

"Overall this place was excellent. We didn’t know they were under construction when we were coming. And while we look forward to coming back when it’s all done, it was just a shock, especially with young kids we just had to be extra aware. The lake was getting construction done as well so not a pretty view like the pictures you’ll see. The beds are kinda high and the floors are hard. Our youngest knows how to get down from a bed, but the higher bed made him hit his head on the floor. So bed...

"The staff was friendly, especially the blonde lady at the front, forgot to get her name. Also, Ms. Kathy that was in charge of breakfast has the best personality. She takes pride in her breakfast making skills and is on top of having enough food to feed the crowds. I would definitely stay here again, felt very welcoming. The shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion provided in the room was also very helpful."

"Our room was clean, and the property was clean. The hotel is no frills, but you get what you pay for. Our home was being renovated, and we need somewhere close by that was reasonably priced to stay for a couple of days. The hotel did charge a double deposit because we were “locals”. I was not happy about that, but it was refunded in a few days. The breakfast consisted of waffles only and lukewarm coffee. Fortunately it is located near many fast food restaurants, a Wal-mart, and a grocery store....
