"Clean rooms "

"No hot water in room. Then poor resolution by hotel and seemingly no manager on duty to contact for issues. One female staff member very apologetic as I was issued a refund and had to get a room at another hotel. However, I do believe in second chances will be staying for one day a week later. I really would like to give this property a better review and retract this one."

"Just a little taken aback for the $100.00 deposit for an ADA service animal. Was told to call back in two days to follow up on refund status. I would recommend that you take photo evidence of room at checkin. There was no checking of the room by staff at checkout so I would document that as well just so there are no issues as there was uncertainty on the timing of the refund. The only written documentation is the charge receipt."

"Parking was good, the ac was okay, could be a little cooler. The bathroom has no vent. "

"The air conditioner was great. The room was clean but had to request bath towels and hand towels. The TV was not working and that was very unacceptable for my spouse. We had requested a room on the first floor and it was not reserved for us. We are staying with this establishment in May 2026 and have requested a room on the first floor. Hopefully it was reserved. I will let you know in May 2026."
