"Hotels.com gave us a full price that included all taxes and fees. Checking in, he used that as the base price and added taxes and fees on top of that. When I pointed this out he just said he wasn't doing anything, I could call Hotels.com. Never had that happen before. Shower was just warm enough to tolerate, far from hot. Bed was comfortable.. Room was dated but clean."

"Breafast was limited and bland, alot of the normal items available at other Holiday Inn Expresses was not available here. The bed looked as if somebody had just gotten out of it as the sheets were wrinkled. The facility is dated in need of proper maintenance and repair, the elevator is going to get someone hurt, this thing is in desperate need of inspection and repair before a lawsuit happens. The landscape is horrid and the lightpole that was knocked down from last year is still laying in the field. "
