"I went there for a work trip. Even though the Lobbi smelled like tobacco due to the casino, my room was on the 3rd floors and it wouldn't smell there at all. The room was clean and my bed was confortable. Breakfast was included and it was good. Our server's were very nice too. After reading other complaints I was afraid of what I was going to find, but honestly I had no issues. It was a great experience."

"Only thing good about this place was the location and the staff. The hotel room itself was dirty, had holes in the walls, stains on the bedsheets, and the microwave didn't work. The bathroom was extremely outdated, the window didn't have a screen so flies and bugs could get in. Our room was never replenished with more towels or more toilet paper. I will never stay at "Quality" Inn again. The people at the front counter were very nice and professional though."

"On the positive side, the staff was great. Very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and artfully decorated. The negatives: The AC is not usable while sleeping, as it is extremely loud. The breakfast food is mediocre at best and is not included in the room price, and both days that I was there I had to wait a long time for it to be ready. My room had no dresser or chest of drawers, which I had never experienced in an American motel. This is supposed to be a three star...
