"From arrival, Valet , bellman and registration everything went smoothly. All staff asked if they could assist us and if we have any questions. The room had an unbelievable fantastic view of Lake Tahoe surrounded by mountains. Comfortable sitting area and bed. Two clean bathrooms, perfect his and hers. Last time we stayed they were in the middle of their renovation so we thought we would try it now that construction is complete. The updated rooms are a nice improvement and the overall refresh was long overdue. "This place was a massive let down and I still can’t believe I spent this much money. The sleeper sofa didn’t even have sheets on, we had to request them and make our own bed. Dirty hotel and facilities, unfriendly staff, not enough towels in the room, just a huge disappointment."
