Khách sạn Hồ Tarawera

"Easy check in after hours - staff had the heater on when we arrived."

"Staff is amazing as they do ever. If something needs fixing just ask them. The grounds could use some manicuring and trimming. Door stops are a trip hazard. Location is not in town but on the lake. It is quiet and you can hear the birds in the morning."

"Great stay at a very convenient location. Good facilities available."

"Great place for a Rotorua stop over, the room was clean & bed comfortable."

"Great room close to restaurants & cafes. Was able to use Novotels hot spas which was fantastic."

"There was no TV as advertised "

"Great location and value. Walkable to town and good, convenient parking. Building is a bit tired, as are the rooms, but staff is great and nice to have a variety of room types available. Would stay again."

"Great people"

"Clean room, but no elevator."

"We booked last minute and were able to check in early. My daughter was unwell, the staff were so accomodating and helpful. The bathroom/room layout was spacious and immaculate. The hotel rooms foyer was quiet. We would stay again and highly recommend."

"The hotel is big, convenient and has amenities. However, the property is very dated."

There was an awesome Fijian man at the restaurant that always made us feel super special. The breakfast buffet is great. Love the egg station! The hotel hosts a lot of tour bus groups which meant for us a family we had the pool to ourselves which was cool. The downside of the busses is a guest setting off...

"Good all around"
