"Staff was extremely friendly. The room was just what we needed. It was very clean and well cared for. Extra towels for taking to the hot springs. Free breakfast at the place around the corner. Very pleasantly surprised by this place--they exceeded my expectations."

"This hotel is strategically placed on the main corner of Radium. Easy access to many cafés, ice cream shops and restaurants. The Konrad Kain restaurant attached to the lobby has excellent food! Staff are very friendly and dedicated to best service prior, during and leaving a stay. 10/10 stars. "
