"Rooms where clean, went for breakfast and when it came out food was cold, at dinner time we were in the bear bar/ restaurant there was only 5 tables with customers we waited 20 mins and left as no servers came to our table, there were 3 of them at the bar just talking. The worst part of the stay way the pool, garbage everywhere in the pool, bottles, food packaging, kids toys. "Dogs allowed in all rooms, you need to let staff know when you book, that you are allergic for dogs. A bit strange. I ended up in room, were dogs are allowed. Not happy "

"For the price we paid, I believe this place exceeded our expectations. The staff were friendly and accommodating, which made the stay even more pleasant. Breakfast was good, we tried the sandwich and it was really tasty. Check-in and check-out were both hassle-free, which we appreciated. The only thing to note is that parking can get full in the evening, so it’s something to plan ahead for. Overall, a great experience!"
