"At 3:00 pm check in, when I asked for a room away from traffic as I have sleep issues, the middle aged female clerk instead gave me a noisy room closest to the main road at the end of the hall. I returned to the check in counter, and a 2nd, younger clerk gave me a room midway down the hall away from the traffic noise.
The room appeared to be attractive and clean, but the floors were dirty as evidenced by my newly washed sandals used in room only, becoming filthy on the bottom.
The room also smelled like insecticide. There appeared to be tiny dead bugs on the floor at the bedside.
Mornings after 8 am were noisy due to housekeepers constantly knocking on doors and repeating loudly "housekeeping".
Speaking of housekeeping, when guests got on and off the elevators, the view on the 1st floor was the main housekeeping facility.
The breakfast room was mostly high top tables, which looked unattractive. Breakfast was basic but I was ok with hard boiled eggs and raisin bran and decaf coffee. Plain water was nowhere to be found. Breakfast was from 6 to 9 am.
The check in counter area also had lemon water which I can't drink as lemon irritates my stomach. The lemon water was from the previous day also until changed at 10:30 am. The coffee at the check in counter area also was old in the morning until 10:30 am."
