"this is my favorite hotel ever, have stayed here multiple times. however this time my room had several bugs in it, I think the person who stayed in it before didn’t close the balcony door properly. It was tough to get service at the bar, servers seemed to be helping other guests more. it said you could pay for late checkout but when I asked about it they said it was booked. that being said the resort is beautiful and I always enjoy my time, was just slightly disappointed this time. "

"Great property to kick back and relax. Pool area is great and being close to sunset walk was a plus. Villa was spacious and nice, could have been cleaner though. Floors especially. Overall a very nice stay."
