"Room was clean. The A/C unit didn't work very well, the room really didn't cool down. It would have been nice to have a small coffee maker in the room. Also, was disappointed that the creamery was closed due to construction."

"I stayed here last year as well and the place is overall very clean, the employees are friendly and helpful, and both inside and outside the hotel were organized and well kept. I have another event next year the same weekend and will be looking to stay here again! Breakfast was delicious and hot. There was plenty of parking. Our room was immaculate when we checked in. We did not have room service come through during the weekend as we did not need anything. Thank you for another great stay!"

"This was our second time at the Diamond and we will be back! The room was spotless, the bed very comfortable and the room had everything we needed. As an added "bonus" there was live music and the bar upstairs was open. All of the staff we interacted with was great, including Sara the owner. We would recommend the Diamond for anyone visiting the Finger Lakes."
