"The air conditioning HVAC system is very loud when it kicks on. It makes a loud noise. Also, the bathrooms could use a refreshment, not necessarily a total makeover, but some improvements to refresh. Also, no coffee maker in the room by coffee is available in the lobby. The dark plum comforter on the bed is a nice touch maybe , but would prefer a lighter color as these dark colors can hide stains and what not."

"The hotel looks okay overall, and the staff were friendly. However, please be extremely careful with the breakfast waffle machine. The top handle/hinge was far too loose. When I opened it, the lid fell down and burned the back of my hand. Although the front desk provided burn ointment at the time, the wound has since festered/ulcerated and remains very painful. I am unsure how long it will take to heal. Management needs to repair or replace that equipment immediately before someone else gets...

"5 stars all around! Wonderful staff, accommodations and property. We will be back!"

"Great breakfast and the location for a Finger Lakes Winery tour was perfect. Short walking distance to many good dining options."

"Lovely place !"

"Room was very nice and clean, view was spectacular. I picked this stay because it had a restaurant and lounge. when I arrived at 4 pm we checked in and went out for a drink and an app, when we returned the lounge and restaurant were closed for the season Tried to be honest: From Expedia: Do not mention specific prices or room rates Price lowered due to off season rate change spoke to expedia rep he put the blame on the hotel they said different"

"Good and affordable for one night stay."

"We really enjoyed our stay, I would highly recommend ,the Longhouse Manor, plus seeing all the deer was a bonus. We liked that it was very close to the town. The cleanliness was a big part of why we stayed here. Don’t pass this place up!!"

"Quaint B&B near Lake Seneca with an outstanding breakfast! Ashley and Dave are wonderful hosts and made us feel right at home. This is a 120-something year old house so don't stay here if you cannot tolerate creaky floors, small sinks, and a slightly wonky layout. It's called character. We stayed in the Roosevelt room, which is right off the dining room and the only bedroom on the main level. So yes, it's slightly awkward to walk out of your room directly into the dining room where people may...

"Absolutely beautiful stay!! The views by the lake unbelievable!! Definitely coming back next fall. The foliage this time of year in the Appalachian mountains is something everyone should experience for sure. Accommodations well done!!"

"The room and bathroom were huge, clean and nicely decorated. It was nice having dedicated parking too. We didn’t realize that since it was end of their season, many spots were closed or only open certain days. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay at the Benjamin!"
