"The property was perfectly located in Meredith. Our at the Palmer Inn was on the bottom level near a utility closet, the room was very noisy with mechanical noises and the rumbling of the a/c. I would stay at Mill River again but I would try another one of the properties."

"our room was way up in what seemed like the attic
bed was very uncomfortable
we got room service and the food was amazingly good 😋
pool and waterfall hot tub was enjoyable
and complimentary breakfast was excellent with great choices
cute decor throughout hotel
and staff very friendly & helpful"

"Advertisement was misleading. These are small cottages, which are not soundproof as advertised and the unit we were in did not have a view anything like what was pictured in the room that was selected. It also states a 24 hour front desk which was not the case. There were issues with things not working properly in the unit."

"The property was beautiful, exceptionally well-maintained, and spotless throughout. From the lobby to the guest rooms, everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully cared for. The staff was friendly and welcoming, which made our experience even better. It was clear that great attention is given to both the appearance and upkeep of the hotel. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to others looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay"
