"Street noise (room facing Lamar) was very loud. I guess that’s why ear plugs were set on both nightstands. This is dangerous as a guest sleeping with ear plugs may not hear a fire alarm soon enough to escape safely."

"Really nice resort close enough to everything in Austin. Loved everything - room was beautiful, pools were so clean and had excellent drink service, on site restaurants were delicious. Loved relaxing with a glass of wine looking over the golf course. 10/10"

"Please steer clear of this property. You get what you pay for. No working elevator and rooms that were not tidy. Staff tried to be accommodating with a second room on the first level. Shower was still dirty with hair bands and hair. Tried to check out one hr later due to flight issues and mobility issues. They told me they had other guests checking in they needed to accommodate. Lastly, there were maintenance materials left in all around the hotel. The breakfast looked good and the coffee was good. The breakfast prep staff were very nice."

"I had high hopes for this hotel for its exceptional 9.4 star rating but unfortunately, the cons far outweigh the pros. Pros: Safe location (within shopping plaza); very spacious rooms with separate living/couch area; very comfortable beds with plush clean sheets; breakfast was good but I did wish the food was warmer -- for some reason the temp was pretty low. Cons: Both bedside lightings did not work; the telephone was dead (bye bye room service); BOTH outlets on the bedside table did not work (I had to charge my phone by the coffeemaker which isn't such a big inconvenience except that I work from my phone, but I do realize this is a personal problem); there are no full-length mirrors (just the bathroom mirror); and lastly, the cherry on top -- the internet randomly shut off thus the wi-fi and smart tv didn't work for 2 days of my stay."

"For what you pay for the balcony and lake view isn’t worth is rooms run down, no hot water and dirty not updated balcony. The restaurant on property we went to for three days was awful service even when only people in restaurant. Way over priced for the pack of service Very disappointing"

"The beds, pillows and bedding were so comfortable, clean and I especially liked the cover over the duvet, with sheet material, not with the sheet seperate, so you know no one else has touched it. It is hard for me when comforters and regular blankets are on the beds, I do not feel they are cleaned or replaced every time the room is services, seems like they only do the sheets, so this made me HAPPY!!!! We did not need to use the kitchenette part of the room, but it was a very nice setup. I did use the coffee makert....All rooms have an ironing board, iron and of course hair dryer which saves time having to request them to be brought to you. The online info shows breakfast is included, and it was not. That was rough in the morning since we had to locates somewhere else to eat last minute."
