"The proprietor was extremely friendly and helpful, talking us through the features of the property and mapping out a good route to see the local area, especially useful as we were only in the area for a day. The room and property overall is beautifully decorated. The only negative is a separate private bathroom which does involve crossing a communal area to reach, however each bathroom is exclusive to each room and the property provides bathrobes for each guest so this isn't a massive problem....

"This couldn’t have been a more perfect spot for our family while in Verona— the location is central, the property is beautiful, and the amenities like the Dyson hair dryer and smeg coffee machine were the cherry on top. Our balcony view was amazing— perfect morning coffee spot! "

We received the instructions via WhatsApp on how to get in, and they were ok to follow. However, we missed the expected human touch at the arrival."

One office where staff seem to be based and we didn’t see anyone in evenings . No breakfast available at all . Excellent housekeeping service for room. Location great but the experience felt quite impersonal overall . I had mentioned my husband’s birthday on check in form but there was no acknowledgement or gesture regarding this ...
