Tìm Resort tại Lanai City

"Beautiful property"

"The hotel staff was very friendly. It is the prime location to access the beach with great snorkeling. We seen many tropical fish and a family of 6 stingrays swimming by us. The rooms are a little dated and the carpet had some stains but nothing major. I am picky when it comes to hotel cleanliness and I felt comfortable there. The pool was awesome, it has a lazy river and a hidden jacuzzi which was great because it was over capacity and could enjoy it without feeling too crowded."

"Our stay was booked for a different resort, and due to an electrical issue we were moved to the Hyatt. We were moved late at night was greeted by Jack, who welcomed us very well. Rooms are maintained daily and clean towels are provided every day. Also, the complimentary breakfast is amazing, and was beyond what I had expected. Very good!"

"1) Even though power and internet down, they did not provide emergency facilities 2 days. 2) We could not use because Balcony furniture was duty and shower room floor corner duty. 3) Hall way was smell. 4) Hotel have charged resort fee and MSC. Even though we could not use it from power and communication down"
