Some room for improvement would be not to charge for parking and the beach right in front of the hotel isn’t great for swimming but the pool has a great view of the ocean!!!! It’s a wonderful beautiful hotel and the grounds are beautiful for strolling through!"

"Pretty nice overall, becoming dated for sure but its right on the beach and the staff are great. Slow service at the resturants on the beach, they seemed pretty understaffed during the busy times. We waited a while for attention from servers several times which is a bummer due to how expensive this place is, but otherwise all good."

"We had a fantastic time! Our condo was a little dated, but it was so practical and clean with a great location that I didn’t mind. If you stay at The Whaler, try to get a room on the north side of the south tower or the south side of the north tower. Our room was on the south side of the south tower and our view was good, but the other views would have been spectacular! Also, being able to walk to the shops, restaurants and activities in front of of the Whaler was awesome. So much more...
