"Beautiful property"

"The Hotel Lanai was in a great location, with multiple shops, stores, and eateries within walking distance, so I didn't need a car. I reached out to a cab service and we did a around the island relaxing drive. My room was great, everything worked. I truly enjoyed myself and plan to go back soon."

"Only 1.5 miles from the downtown area. Nice and quiet. The hammocks throughout the property make it even easier to unplug and relax. Will absolutely visit again once the restaurant opens again."

"Didn’t like that it took 3 separate attempts to address the broken phone line in the room. When the Internal maintenance team finally arrived, it was determined than it needed to be fixed/handled by the phone company directly. Was offered a new room instead but since we only had about 2 days or so left, it didn’t make sense. We opted to stay in the same room with the broken phone line. This was our 3rd stay and there were no issues with the previous stays. Will likely stay there again next...

"The grounds were beautiful and beach access was wonderful. The rooms seemed clean but our first one did have bugs. The northwestern beach is amazing but a bit far from road to Hana and Haleakala if you are looking to check out these major attractions."

"We spent 7 days there and every staff member was amazing. The valet was quick! We utilized the Spa I understand that the $20 per day per room is an incentive to use those services but it is unfortunate that I couldn't put it towards products at the spa. Overall I highly recommend the royal lahaina."
