"Location was amazing, the room was beautiful and the amenities like the pool and OHana room were lovely. Only complaint was that we never got the housekeeping service even though we stayed 5 days. We had someone come at an inconvenient time at first but requested they come a day after, never happened. I'd still recommend this to anyone however. Just make sure you ask for housekeeping when you need it"

"We absolutely love Napili shores! It is such an authentic Hawaiian vibe without the high rise feel. The grounds are stunning and the staff is absolutely fantastic. A big shout out to Dylan and Angel. Also to the nice housekeeping gentleman who brought an extra blanket for our bed. You can’t ask for a better location right on Napili Bay.
