"We were greeted by Keith on arrival who showed us in and where everything was ,he even had a fresh pint of milk to go with the coffee and biscuits in the apartment It was very clean and tidy, really well equipped, nice and quiet Short 3 minute walk to the high street and shops and restaurant and just across the road to the sea. Five minute walk to the tram station to take you all along the promenade to all of Blackpool's sites Would 100% book again Thanks Keith "

"We had a terrible experience with their customer service. Despite multiple attempts to sort out payment, their customer care kept passing us around and eventually cancelled the booking few days before our trip. Completely unreliable - would not recommend!"

"There were no wardrobe or drawers in the bedroom only a rail under a small shelf which only had 4 coathangers. Perhaps 2 small bedside drawers would help a little and a small chest of drawers under the rail. We didn't have a tea towel which I think could possibly have been an oversight by the cleaner and maybe a small amount of milk so we could have a drink on arrival although we did have some biscuits."
