"I stayed at the Red Caboose motel as a child. 40 years later, it is still a really neat and unusual place to stay. A lot of remodeling has been done on the cabooses in that time, but the amenities are great. Staff was very attentive and friendly -- you know, the kind of staff that enjoys their job and make it show every time. Our caboose had four bunks, a double bed, TV, A/C, electric baseboard heat, a hot shower, nice bathroom sink, fridge/freezer, microwave. We enjoyed our stay and look...

"The location of the property is NOT good. It is located where traffic is heard All Night long. If you want sleep for the night, forget about it. The walls must be thin. There is adequate parking. The staff was good. The building needs some work and could be better maintained. Stairways and elevator needs cleaning. The rooms are fairly clean but very little soap. The soap is so small you hardly can use for a bath yet well to clean your hands. The pictures on the internet are better than the...

"Wasn't very clean ... sheets had stains , chair was stained , mirror Wasn't clean , parking was challenging, AC had a odor, bathroom smelled sour .. Phone didn't work to call for towels ( only had one ) when I told front desk she stated that housekeeping may have ran out of linens! Guess that explains the stains on sheets . Wouldn't recommend..."

"It is off the beaten path. Beautiful view of the sunset!!! Very personal. It was nice to have a human being to greet you at the office. I don't care for properties where there is no one there to greet you and they just leave you a code to get into your room. If I am staying at someone's home or bed and breakfast that is a totally different story. I think maybe they have new owners. None the less, we were very happy with our stay."
