"Although the receptionist was very kind and did her best to reduce the unpleasant smell in the room, we had a terrible experience during our stay. Water from the shower was running all over the bathroom, to the point where it was soaking the carpet at the entrance to the room, causing a smell of dirty laundry and mould. We had to go out and buy an air freshener to mask the odour."

"The great thing for us was all the Christian programming available on the television. The bathroom was small, shower but no bathtub but modern and worked well. The lobby was older looking, but comfortable and many people took advantage of it."

"Pool, hot tub, sprinkler pad, water slide all a plus. Also have fire pits in yard area. Rooms are small with no sitting area but you can make it work."

"Wonderful stay at this very conveniently-located hotel. Nearby were the outlets, favorite restaurants --- we love Texas Roadhouse - and American Music Theater where we enjoyed a great concert (Leonid and Friends ). The staff was especially helpful when I realized we had forgotten to bring toothpaste; the front desk provided "sample" sized toothpaste which was so appreciated. Without question, we will stay here when we visit Lancaster in the future!"
