"My family and I stayed at the Hampton Inn Rock Hill for three nights while attending a baseball tournament, and we had a wonderful experience. We booked a queen suite, and it provided more than enough space for our family of four. We especially appreciated the separate dining area and living room seating, which allowed us to relax, watch TV, and feel more at home after long days at the ballfield.
The staff was consistently friendly, welcoming, and accommodating throughout our stay. Anytime we needed extra towels, toilet paper, or anything else, our requests were handled quickly and graciously.
Breakfast was delicious each morning with plenty of options available. While the hotel became a bit busier on Friday night and Saturday morning, everything remained well managed, and we never felt crowded or uncomfortable.
Overall, this was a clean, comfortable, and family-friendly hotel, and we would definitely stay here again the next time we’re in Rock Hill."
"One of the nicest hotels I've stayed in. Very clean, staff was very friendly - especially night shift worker, breakfast was great....really, really nice place."
"The staff was hit or miss; at check-in, they had a hard time making keys. They chalked it up to a machine issue.
Since I checked in and mind you, I was there for 14 days; one of the elevators was consistently not working, and at some point, someone had gotten stuck in there for about 20 minutes. The rooms are in decent shape, I would also add the staff is not keen on making sure they’re keeping up with housekeeping unless you continually ask
The breakfast was actually probably the highlight because it was pretty decent and the staff that runs it was great
Also, the pool is probably still shut down even though it’s the middle of the summer
Likely due because it’s not up the code
Great rates for a Marriott property; but you’re getting what you pay for"
"The hotel was beautiful, but we came for the indoor pool. It was freezing and didn't appear to be working great. Instead, we sat outside in the lounge area to get some sunshine. I am staying elsewhere for my next volleyball trip because I purchased for the pool access in between games."
