"Staff ignored our request for twin rooms and allocated doubles instead, despite acknowledging our request and agreeing in advance we’d have twins. The sink wouldn’t drain. The light from the air conditioning controls was very bright and the room was horrendously stuffy so we slept terribly. The location was good though and very convenient "

"Traveling with our two kids and asked for two rooms close together - ended up at complete opposite sides and had to go back to front desk to have rooms changed. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable with a nice duvet. Was not able to locate any USB charging ports anywhere, which seems odd, especially at an airport hotel. Had a nice dessert at the hotel restaurant for our daughter’s birthday; they were very nice and brought her a free dessert with a candle and Happy Birthday on the...

"The room was lovely but cold and couldn't get it to warm up"

"The Hotel is in an excellent location as Beaconsfield has everything you could need, the Thai restaurant is really nice, the only downside was the room we stayed in was close to the high street and was really noisy when pubs and restaurant's emptied late at night."

"Amazing hydrotherapy pool. Steam room nice sauna sadly closed for maintenance. Room perfect for Heathrow hotel. Very clean big bed spacious. Breakfast excellent, evening meal in hotel also very good - not cheap but fair price was good. Easy transfer on “hoppa” bus to terminal 5 (NB this hotel is 10 minutes from terminal it is NOT on site terminal hotel which we found misleading) Only gripe was only had alcoholic drinks available in executive lounge between 5-7pm. Ideal stay for lunchtime...
