"We requested to clean room but they did not. When we asked receptionist, they afirmed that room had been cleaned. Then, housekeepers came and asked us to hang out for 20 mins. After 40mins, I questioned recept whether they finished or not? I was being tired and sleepy. They told me that their staff has finished for a while.
However, when I came to bed, Bedcover and pillowcase were still dirty and not replaced by new ones. Suprisingly, glasses in bathroom was not cleaned, they had stains in the...
"Had amazing 3 days stay at Eden. Place is conveniently located, facilities is well maintained and clean. Breakfast is nice, serving hot pho, omelette. Most unforgettable is staff! We had two birthdays among the group and the thoughtful hotel staff not just helped to order in cakes, one for gal, one for guy but went the extra mile to prepare party hats and utensils!"

"De accommodatie ziet er geweldig uit met een fantastisch uitzicht op de bergen! Het terrein is op een berg gebouwd. Het bestaat uit meerdere bouwen die volledig in dezelfde style zijn. Ook de tuinen en de padden zijn mooi en netjes met hier en daar een fontein en een waterloop. Alles past goed bij elkaar en is het een mooi geheel. Ze doen veel om het in top staat te houden, want er zijn veel mensen bezig met het onderhoud. Dit gaf geen overlast.

"So glad I booked the balcony room at Panorama hotel. The views are simply stunning. I had requested a high floor, if possible, and we were given 8th floor & the view of surrounding mountains & township was spectacular. The room was very comfortable with usual hotel amenities... kettle, tea, coffee, bottles of water, soaps, shampoo, comb, toothbrush & toothpaste. Could have done with some washers & hand towels though. We only had towels & bath mat. Breakfast was good, with nice clean surrounds. Probably could have had more food options. Hotel had emailed me beforehand re information on trekking tours. We did the 6 hour,12km trek which hotel arranged. Very happy we did this. We are a couple up in their 60's, but thankfully kept up with the other 4 youngies. Our guide was also very good, explaining how all different local groups go about daily life. Beautiful scenery of mountains, valleys & rice terraces. Lunch included. Sapa township is very quaint, quite European in appearance. Plenty of taxis, Grab as well & local bus which goes back & forth every half hour from Lao Chai, where train station is (little over an hour on local bus on return trip). You will see many women selling their wares in town square... be prepared for many following you & wanting to sell."
