"No coffee available first morning, let Hispanic staff know and it took 45 minutes for coffee afterwards. Next morning NO COFFEE AGAIN, so i walked into unattended prep area and got my own. When taking the stairs I had to step over workers equipment and debris at the first floor level two days in a row. Loud workers music when i checked in Thursday and stairs had drywall debris up until the third floor. Hard to find any staff in the morning. I know renovations are messy, but this was ridiculous. NO ONE seemed to be available or in charge of breakfast. First morning no milk available for cereal. "
"I will be honest this place is run-down. The room was clean but the base boards were filthy and you can tell the room was at a time smoking but because non smoking. The breakfast was very minimal. It was just a waffle maker, some cereal and coffee. The staff was excellent very straightforward. Check in and check out was easy and smooth."
"Our room was clean and well laid out. Nice view of the gardens. The staff was extremely helpful from check-in to check-out. Every staff member was friendly and helpful. Our stay came with the breakfast and it was amazing and lots to choose from. Had a casual dinner there and we had 3 college students with us and they enjoyed it as well. We used the valet parking which helped a lot and you could come and go as you pleased."
"The room was very spacious and there was a good variety at breakfast. The staff was very friendly. The bathroom was nice with great water pressure and almost instant hot water. My only complaint about the shower is that it is extremely difficult to shave legs when there is no shelf/ledge/seat, etc. Another small complaint is that the air conditioner was extremely noisy when it cycled on and off. And the last minor complaint is that the refrigerator did not appear to have been cleaned because of a brown, sticky substance on the bottom of it. Those are nit-picky things, but overall, I would definitely stay there again. It is in a great location to walk to OSU sporting events."
