Khách sạn Larganreagh Barr

"Supposed to be a 4 star hotel but a number of issues imo. Only one lift for a large hotel seems poor. You need to drop off your bags from the car at the entrance as otherwise there are steps to negotiate from the car park. The bar restaurant is frankly very poor in terms of noise and quality of food which arrived so quickly that it was obviously not freshly cooked and was pretty tasteless. There are numerous reviews highlighting this but nothing appears to have been done about it. The main...

"Comfortable, clean, nice staff for a three star hotel what more could you ask for. One question why would you serve fish and chips on charcuterie boards for the love of god wise up and put on plates lol was nicely done fish be proud of that."

"Fantastic hotel. We love our stay here"

"Ein durch und durch angenehmen Aufenthalt. Alles Top. Wir empfehlen weiter und kommen gerne zurück. Hervorragend Service / gutes Bett und schöne Ambiente."

"The room and staff were lovely. The food in the restaurant was excellent. The only downside in service was transportation. This is not a place to go to without a car. Left-side driving an issue for newcomers. The water shutdown on the 15th was such an inconvenience for my daughter who uses the gym before breakfast. Unable to shower until late afternoon. Horrible!"

"Staff was so helpful"

"Place is old. Bathroom had a major leak in the tub. I didn’t know until I got out of the shower and stepped in a giant puddle. The water was discolored and had sediments in it. Staff was rather unfriendly in comparison to the rest of people I dealt with while visiting the country. Didn’t help me much. Can hear people in hall and in rooms next door way too loud. Walls and doors aren’t sound proof. My refrigerator didn’t work."

"My father had lovely time lovely staff and food with thanks"

"Perfectly located for getting around town. Comfortable rooms."

"Very friendly, attentive staff. The garden view suite was very large, beautifully decorated and furnished, however it had not been thoroughly dusted or vacuumed. We had to advise the front desk of a couple of maintenance matters in our bathroom and that we needed the heating turned on and these were promptly attended to. We were surprised that the hotel"

"Super nice, "old" feel but everything modern and in good working condition. Food was delicious! Bar staff was really friendly. Make sure to go upstairs in the restaurant for breakfast, old fun artifacts and beautiful original stained glass. Grianin of aileach is right there, don't miss it!"

"Room came with a wonderful breakfast. All staff we met were very friendly and helpful. Room was as expected for a reasonable rate."

"Had a wonderful stay at Dillion’s in Letterkenney. Would highly recommend…"

"Great small hotel, most likely family run. Comfortable stay, great breakfast and close to the hotel were we attended a wedding. Highly recommend"
