"This characterful and unique property was just as pictured in an ideal setting and very convenient for St Andrews which is approx 4 miles away. Each room is completely self contained - so no access to, or need for, communal rooms. Breakfast is provided in your own kitchen and contains a wide variety of options. "Fantastic 5 night stay at the Dunclutha guest house.Big room and a comfortable bed private bathroom also very tasty homemade shortbread in room to enjoy with a cup of tea.Breakfast was of the highest quality and plenty of it.Very convenient location.Would definately return on future visits to leven.TOP TIP If you are a hiker base yourself here for a few nights and use the frequent bus service to get along the coast.Great value Highly recommend."

"Fabulous place in a great location, very quiet and safe area and plenty of car parking available overnight with restricted parking during the day. Accommodation was excellent and I will definitely use it again, kitchen was well stocked and the bed very comfy and overall the place was very well done out and clean. Communication with the host was very good additionally."

"Comfortable bed, room, excellent food, friendly staff. Just parking was difficult, had a 5 minute walk from the nearest free parking up the hill. Also maybe breakfast was a bit late at 8am. This is nit picking though, would stay there again and recommend it to others "

"I had a very nice stay at the Open Arms Hotel. The staff were very welcoming and made me feel at home. The room was first class with a view over the village green and very comfortable. The lounge area with the open fire is lovely and relaxing being able to have a pre- dinner drink and review the menu. It was a very enjoyable stay and will definitely be returning again in the very near future."
