"Wonderful stay. All staff were friendly and helpful. We were upgraded from a Balcony to a superior room and loved it, what a fantastic surprise for our holiday. The room was spacious, comfortable and spotlessly clean. I used the web-based app to order extra pillows which were delivered to our door quite quickly and with a friendly smile. The location was super - close enough to old town but quiet enough to be outside of the hustle and bustle. We also liked all the eco friendly things like water recycling and opting out of daily room cleaning and unnecessary towel replacements. Overall we were very happy with our stay, we’d recommend it to others and we’d stay here again. "

"The setbacks are that the bathroom has a funny smell and the HVAC has no remote control & strangely, on the thermostat, It says to put the temperature @ 25°C. Normally, fur the A/C to kick in, you put the temp lower. You put the temp lower, no air comes out. "
